PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program is a community based rehabilitation services program for those with chronic mental health issues with the goal of helping to remain in the community vs psychiatric hospitalization. Case management services are provided by licensed clinicians and skilled rehabilitation specialist to assist with self-management of your mental health, physical health and independent living skills.

OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES 

Our outpatient mental health services program provides individual, family and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults to address a myriad of mental health diagnoses such (Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, etc.).  An intake assessment is completed by a licensed clinician to determine the best treatment approach to assist in achieving your mental health well-being. Medication management is offered as well.

OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES

Our outpatient substance use disorder services program provides individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults.  An intake assessment is completed by a licensed clinician to determine the appropriate level of care.  Our program offers traditional and intensive outpatient therapy groups with the goal of identifying and developing positive coping skills to help you maintain a life of sobriety. 

DUI/DWI EDUCATION PROGRAM

This 12-hour Educational Program includes a Comprehensive Assessment Completed by a licensed treatment specialist.

Program Goal & Objectives

• Participants learn about the penalties that relate to alcohol and/or other drugs.
• Participants explore the legal, financial and personal consequences of their current violation and consider the consequences of another violation.
• Participants explore how alcohol and/or drugs affect behavior, the body, the family and the community.
• Participants learn accurate information about alcohol and other drugs and their effects on the mind, body, behavior and driving ability.
• Participants examine the differences between nonuse, responsible use, misuse and problem use.
• Participants evaluate their own use of alcohol and/or other drugs.
• Participants explore the connection between thoughts feelings and behavior as it relates to impaired driving behavior.
• Participants develop and implement a change plan to help avoid future problems with alcohol, other drugs and impaired driving.
