The Preventing Teen Homelessness (PTH) Program is a multi-tiered program designed to reduceand or prevent young adults (ages 13 - 24 years) living in Baltimore City from experiencinghomelessness. Utilizing a culturally competent strengths-based approach to youth development,the PTH program will provide comprehensive services to identified youth inBaltimore City to prevent and or reduce youth homelessness.
The Preventing Teen Homelessness (PTH) program has the following outcomes:
• Reduce homelessness among program participants
• Provide programmatic support to program participants and their families
